CACAC CEO Mark Jones Receives Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Medal
On December 16th, 2022, CACAC CEO Mark Jones was presented with the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee medal for outstanding work within the field of child advocacy.
UCP MLA Red Deer North / Alberta Minister of Education Adriana LaGrange personally presented Jones with the medal, citing his dedication to the children, and the amazing work being done through the Centre of Excellence.
Along with Jones, the medal was also presented to Patricia Arango, CACAC Board Director and Executive Director of the Central Alberta Sexual Assault Support Centre. These two have been working together since the formation of the coalition that started the CACAC.
